This is a place where users can communicate with administrators, or administrators with one another. You can report vandalism, problematic users, or anything else that needs an administrator's intervention. Do not report child pornography or other potentially illegal content here; e-mail legal-reportswikimedia.org instead. If reporting threatened harm to self or others also email emergencywikimedia.org.

Report users for clear cases of vandalism. Block requests for any other reason should be reported to the blocks and protections noticeboard.	Report disputes with users that require administrator assistance. Further steps are listed at resolve disputes.	Reports that do not suit the vandalism noticeboard may be reported here. Requests for page protection/unprotection could also be requested here.	Other reports that require administrator assistance which do not fit in any of the previous three noticeboards may be reported here. Requests for history merging or splitting should be filed at COM:HMS.

Inspired by the GLOBUS HYSTERICUS AGENDA 21 AI TECHNOCRATIC MILLENNIAL SUCKERS!.jpg after a warning for out of scope content. User:Blakkez appears to be an alt account created a day later and uploading the same kind of content in parallel. No constructive contributions from either account. In case this info is needed in the future: Blakkez and Blakezz are obvious socks of Bien Bones Banez, Jr. (talk · contribs) who has been involved in aggressive inappropriate cross-wiki self-promotion for many years using multiple accounts.  Not done Warned by Jmabel below. Files are deleted and user warned with {{Nopenis}}. I suspect that in the very near future, they'll either get an indef for ignoring that warning or stop using Commons altogether, as that's usually how exhibitionism-only accounts go, but at this time no further admin action is needed. @Grateful1995: While I don't always agree with A1Cafel they are certainly not a vandal.

If you really believe that several DRs filed against your uploads are wrong, argue the case on the DRs. If, indeed, there are several that are egregiously wrong you might have a case for COM:AN/U (but not COM:AN/V). About the wrong-est thing you can do is simply revert the DRs. If you continue doing that, you (not A1Cafel) will be blocked. - Jmabel ! talk 04:24, 3 January 2025 (UTC)
